Wed 30/12/15 9:51am - The River Dee viewed from the Royal Bridge

The river level at Ballater had yet to peak.

The view from the Royal Bridge shows how the river had risen to the top of the wall by Cornellan Square.

Debris from the caravan park can be seen drifting in the water.

What  I did not know whilst filming this from the bridge was that my route back to my mums home would soon be cut off - the river had made a new path down Albert Road and on to Bridge Street by Sheridan Butchers.
